We inform our guest that we have taken all necessary measures for your health safety by using authorized by the Global Health Organization general-type cleaners that destroy viruses and are human to human friendly.
We kindly ask for our guests understanding and thank you for your cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u3010 Measures taken by Pouliezos Koklanis Apts & Studios \u3011<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Due to regulation Extended check-out and check-in time between
\u2022 Accommodation (check out until 11.00 am and check in from 3.00 pm).
\u2022 Contact less check in (credit card machine, bank transfer)
\u2022 Making sure staffs putting on masks when interacting with guests, and placing partitions.
\u2022 Rooms are kept with open doors 24 hours in order the air to be refreshed and a Led Uvc Disinfection Machine is used so the room must be ready for the guests.
\u2022 Disinfection of key cards and keys – placing them on
\u2022 Special container for disinfection.
\u2022 Maid daily service is not allowed. Abolition of daily change of clothes and towels. Room service is upon request only.
\u2022 We kindly ask you to use the linen laundry bags provided to put in all the used laundry (towels and sheets and bath rags) of your room in order our maids to take them to the laundry.
\u2022 Public areas are cleaned and disinfected
\u2022 Frequent cleaning of public areas and high touch areas (e.g. door handles)
\u2022 Updated training programs for Housekeeping teams
\u2022 All decorative things are removed for health reasons.
\u2022 Prohibition of entry to rooms to non-residents.
\u2022 Keeping a record of all persons staying at the hotel, in case of any suspicious case have in mind all the GDPR regulations for protecting your personal information.
\u2022 Our accommodation property does not cover any medical in case of suspected or confirmed case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 We are asking all guests to practice social distancing and for this time not to shake hands.
\u2022 To ensure everyone can safely use our facility, we ask all our guests to use alcohol disinfectant and take their temperature upon arriving to our property.
\u2022 Please note we will ask anyone who has a 37.5 degree or higher temperature to refrain from staying with us.
\u2022 If you have a fever, we politely ask you to please refrain from traveling.
\u2022 We kindly ask you to please put on masks when in use of the free space zone.
\u2022 If your condition becomes worse while staying with us, please contact our staff immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
